Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with complex mental health needs.
- Provide evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other specialized interventions.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals to deliver integrated, patient-centered care.
- Supervise and mentor junior psychologists and interns, fostering professional development within the team.
- Design and implement mental health programs tailored to the needs of diverse patient populations, including children, adolescents, and adults.
- Contribute to research initiatives and publish findings to advance the field of clinical psychology.
- Lead community outreach and education efforts to raise awareness about mental health and reduce stigma.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in clinical psychology, with a focus on assessment and therapy.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in Indonesia (or willingness to obtain local certification).
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and treating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and personality disorders.
- Strong knowledge of psychological testing tools and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient groups.
- Experience in supervising and training junior staff or interns is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
