Responsibility
- Serve as the primary clinical and technical resource for surgeons and operating room staff on spine product applications, surgical techniques, and best practices.
- Provide in-depth product training and education to healthcare professionals, ensuring safe and effective use of spinal implants and instruments.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for product launches, demonstrations, and clinical evaluations.
- Support preoperative planning and intraoperative assistance, including case observations, troubleshooting, and real-time guidance.
- Gather and analyze clinical feedback and market insights to drive product improvements and inform business decisions.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of competitive products, industry trends, and emerging technologies in spine care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all clinical and technical interactions.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, and hospital administrators in Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare field; advanced degree (e.g., Master’s) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical, surgical, or medical device sales/support role, with a focus on spine products.
- Proven track record of training and educating healthcare professionals on complex medical technologies.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot spine-related products and procedures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Certification in spine care or orthopedics (e.g., CNOR, RNFA) is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
