Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored event solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the event planning process.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, logistics, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to enhance client satisfaction and revenue.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase event concepts and gather feedback.
- Monitor and report on client satisfaction metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client services, sales, or event management.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
