Responsibility
- Identify and prospect new corporate clients in Bali and across Indonesia, with a focus on IT solutions and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail).
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to propose customized IT solutions that align with client business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, support) to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, tracking performance metrics in CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position Xymbolic as a market leader.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT solutions, software, or tech services.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with IT products/services (e.g., cloud solutions, cybersecurity, ERP systems) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
