Responsibility

  • Identify and prospect new corporate clients in Bali and across Indonesia, with a focus on IT solutions and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail).
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to propose customized IT solutions that align with client business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, support) to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, tracking performance metrics in CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position Xymbolic as a market leader.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s reach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT solutions, software, or tech services.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage C-level executives and stakeholders.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with IT products/services (e.g., cloud solutions, cybersecurity, ERP systems) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
