As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You will engage with distributors, retailers, and end-users to promote Gree’s cutting-edge products, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships. Your dynamic approach and deep understanding of the local market will be key to achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders to drive product adoption.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to refine sales strategies.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns, trade shows, and product launches.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to resolve client concerns and foster long-term loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in the consumer electronics or home appliances industry.
- Strong understanding of the Bali market and existing network of distributors/retailers is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
