Responsibility
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable new or used vehicles.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for both new and pre-owned cars.
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed product knowledge to potential buyers.
- Negotiate pricing, financing, and trade-in options to close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the finance and service teams to ensure smooth customer handover.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and promotional campaigns.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a results-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle specifications, financing options, and market trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
