Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for civil and structural engineering assignments, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate design development with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to align technical specifications with client requirements.
- Oversee procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and material sourcing to optimize cost and efficiency.
- Supervise site execution, conducting regular inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and structural integrity.
- Prepare and present detailed reports for clients, senior management, and regulatory bodies, highlighting milestones, risks, and resolutions.
- Manage client relationships through proactive communication, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate smooth project handover, including documentation, training, and post-construction support.
- Mentor junior engineers and site teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field; PE (Professional Engineer) certification is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in civil/structural engineering, with at least 3 years in project management for large-scale developments.
- Proven track record in design coordination, procurement, and contract administration for residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar engineering software, and MS Project for scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of local and international building codes (e.g., SNI, ACI, Eurocode) and construction best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and client expectations.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
