Responsibility
- Design, develop, and test electrical systems, components, and equipment to meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints for electrical installations and modifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for electrical projects to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to integrate electrical systems into overall project designs.
- Perform site inspections and assessments to identify potential electrical issues and recommend solutions.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance the reliability and longevity of electrical systems.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PE license) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, or Revit) and simulation tools.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC, or local equivalents).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience with industrial, commercial, or residential electrical systems is highly desirable.
