Responsibility
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Standardize technical documents, SOPs, and workflow protocols to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Conduct time-and-motion studies to optimize resource allocation and production timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate lean manufacturing principles.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions.
- Train staff on standardized procedures and best practices for quality assurance.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare reports on process performance and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to ISO and other relevant industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process optimization, document standardization, or manufacturing engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software, process simulation tools, and data analysis (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Experience in testing technology or quality control environments is highly desirable.
