Responsibility
- Develop and modify detailed precast concrete drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or Tekla).
- Ensure all designs comply with project specifications, industry standards, and local building codes.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to interpret and implement design requirements.
- Review and validate drawings for accuracy, completeness, and constructability before submission.
- Optimize designs for cost efficiency, material usage, and manufacturing feasibility.
- Maintain organized drawing libraries and revision logs for easy retrieval and updates.
- Provide technical support to production teams to resolve design-related queries during manufacturing.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and best practices in precast concrete design.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Draughtsperson, preferably in precast concrete or structural design.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, or similar) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of local building codes and standards in Indonesia is advantageous.
