Responsibility
- Assist in the management and updating of technical documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Support the maintenance and optimization of production systems to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
- Monitor and record production data, providing insights for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with related departments to streamline workflows and improve interdepartmental communication.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on the latest engineering practices and technologies.
- Contribute to safety and quality assurance protocols to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools for documentation and data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical information clearly.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to the specified locations in Bali.
