Responsibility

  • Perform routine and complex maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) tasks on aerospace components and systems in compliance with FAA/EASA and OEM standards.
  • Inspect, test, and troubleshoot aircraft mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems to ensure airworthiness and operational safety.
  • Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and engineering drawings to execute precise repairs and modifications.
  • Document all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and compliance records, using digital and paper-based systems.
  • Collaborate with engineers, quality assurance teams, and supervisors to resolve technical issues and improve MRO processes.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols, including PPE usage, tool control, and hazardous material handling, to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
  • Participate in continuous training programs to stay updated on new aerospace technologies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Support inventory management by tracking parts usage, ordering replacements, and maintaining tool calibration records.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Avionics, or a related technical field (or equivalent military/technical training).
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in aircraft MRO, aviation maintenance, or a similar technical role (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals may be considered).
  • Familiarity with FAA, EASA, or other aviation regulatory standards and quality control processes.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and maintenance manuals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Certifications such as A&P (Airframe & Powerplant), EASA Part-66, or equivalent are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) to collaborate with international teams.
  • Ability to work in shift-based environments and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced MRO setting.
