As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems in Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP). You will travel to project sites as needed, ensuring seamless execution of service and maintenance works beyond routine operations. Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems for Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP) in compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.
- Conduct on-site inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mechanical equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including civil and electrical engineers, to integrate mechanical components into broader project designs.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports for mechanical systems and components.
- Travel to project locations across Bali to oversee installation, commissioning, and performance testing of mechanical systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance for service and maintenance works outside routine scope as required.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
- Stay updated with advancements in mechanical engineering and environmental technologies to drive innovation in WWTP projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., P.Eng) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in water/wastewater treatment, industrial plants, or environmental projects.
- Strong knowledge of pumps, valves, piping systems, HVAC, and automation controls used in WWTP applications.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and familiarity with industry standards (ASME, ISO, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced project environments.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung as required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
