Responsibility
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and power distribution.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to mall operations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, upgrades, and installations.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements to reduce the mall's carbon footprint.
- Assist in the planning and execution of mall renovation or expansion projects as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Newly licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and power distribution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by mall operations.
