Responsibility
- Lead the design and analysis of civil and structural systems for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000).
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies to assess project viability and compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with client requirements and safety standards.
- Oversee construction phases, providing technical guidance and resolving on-site engineering challenges.
- Ensure all designs adhere to Indonesian building codes, seismic standards, and sustainability best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical training to enhance team capabilities.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and materials in civil engineering to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., P.Eng, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil/structural engineering, with a portfolio of completed projects in Southeast Asia preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes (SNI) and international standards (e.g., ACI, Eurocode).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-engineers.
