Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installation works on-site to ensure alignment with project specifications and timelines.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to verify compliance with technical standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to streamline workflows and resolve technical or logistical challenges.
- Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and escalate issues to the M&E Manager for timely resolution.
- Oversee testing and commissioning of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical wiring, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols to minimize risks on-site.
- Assist in material procurement and inventory management to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Support the handover process, including documentation, client walkthroughs, and defect rectification.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP supervision, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or building projects.
- Proven track record in managing multi-trade teams and coordinating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, local building codes, and international standards (e.g., NFPA, ASHRAE).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) and BIM software is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) or similar is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to work on-site in Denpasar, Bali, with occasional travel to other project locations.
