Responsibility
- Lead the technical planning and design of civil and structural components for construction projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to assess project viability and identify potential risks.
- Oversee on-site execution, including supervision of construction teams, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and government agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Develop and review engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor project progress, track budgets and timelines, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Implement sustainable and innovative engineering solutions to enhance project durability and environmental impact.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to ensure team alignment with project goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with a focus on project delivery and on-site management.
- Professional certification (e.g., PE, PEng, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, or similar engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or commercial projects is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
