Responsibility
- Lead the design, analysis, and implementation of civil and structural systems for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Oversee project coordination, ensuring alignment with client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments to inform project planning.
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver integrated, sustainable solutions.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in civil/structural design, with a focus on large-scale projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification (e.g., Chartered Engineer) is highly preferred.
- Proficient in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, or STAAD.Pro.
- Strong knowledge of concrete, steel, and seismic design principles, as well as local Indonesian construction standards.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in Southeast Asia or on international projects is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
