Responsibility
- Assist in the planning and execution of piping engineering activities for EPC projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless integration of piping systems.
- Oversee the preparation and review of piping drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure the procurement and installation of high-quality piping materials and components.
- Participate in risk assessments and safety reviews to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in piping engineering, with a focus on EPC projects in the oil and gas, petrochemical, or power generation sectors.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing piping engineering activities, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
- Proficiency in piping design software such as AutoCAD, PDMS, or SP3D, and familiarity with industry codes and standards (ASME, ANSI, API).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and sustainable work environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali, and adapt to a multicultural and dynamic work environment.
