Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for Architectural, Structural, Civil, and MEPFS disciplines using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clash detection, coordination, and resolution between disciplines.
- Generate and update construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation from BIM models.
- Implement BIM execution plans (BEP) and adhere to project-specific BIM standards and protocols.
- Conduct quantity takeoffs and cost estimations from BIM models to support project budgeting.
- Assist in 4D (scheduling) and 5D (cost) BIM simulations to optimize project timelines and resource allocation.
- Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM best practices and software utilization.
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, standards, and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler, with a focus on Architectural and MEPFS disciplines.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360; familiarity with ArchiCAD or Tekla is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of BIM Level of Development (LOD) standards and industry workflows.
- Experience with clash detection, coordination, and model validation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards is a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
