Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor SHE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead safety training programs for employees, contractors, and management to promote a culture of safety awareness.
- Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with operational teams to integrate SHE best practices into daily workflows and processes.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials in accordance with environmental regulations.
- Monitor and report on SHE performance metrics, including KPIs, to senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Stay updated on emerging SHE trends, technologies, and regulations to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a SHE role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian SHE regulations (e.g., K3, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001) and international standards.
- Certification in SHE management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SHE management software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
