Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all on-site civil engineering activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution, coordinating with contractors, architects, and stakeholders to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and quality control checks to ensure structural integrity and compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Mentor junior engineers and site personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Resolve technical challenges and implement innovative solutions to optimize project efficiency and sustainability.
- Liaise with government agencies and clients to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and certifications.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PE, PMP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site management and project execution.
- Proven expertise in structural design, construction methodologies, and site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management software.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other local languages is advantageous.
