Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end civil infrastructure projects, from conceptualization to completion, in Bali’s high-growth areas.
- Oversee site surveys, feasibility studies, and technical drawings using CAD/BIM software.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental protocols.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and government agencies to align project deliverables with stakeholder expectations.
- Implement cost-effective solutions without compromising quality, using advanced materials and construction techniques.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, providing regular progress reports to senior management.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential on-site challenges.
- Mentor junior engineers and site supervisors to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (S1).
- Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) – mandatory for operational oversight roles.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil infrastructure, with a focus on large-scale projects (e.g., roads, bridges, resorts).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or Civil 3D and project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, SNI standards, and sustainable building practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or commute to project sites in Badung, Denpasar, or surrounding areas.
