Responsibility
- Design and implement automation solutions to optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and integrations using automation tools.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automated systems to ensure reliability and performance.
- Document automation processes and provide training to end-users.
- Stay updated with emerging automation technologies and best practices.
- Analyze data to measure the impact of automation initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automation, scripting, or process optimization.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as UiPath, Zapier, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, and system integrations is a plus.
- Experience in a remote or hybrid work environment is preferred.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
