Responsibility
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of machine control software using PC-based applications and PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or CODESYS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software with hardware components for seamless machine operation.
- Troubleshoot and debug control system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Document software specifications, test cases, and system architectures for future reference and compliance.
- Support the implementation and deployment of control systems in industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Conduct performance testing and validation to meet project requirements and industry standards.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in automation and control systems to propose innovative solutions.
- Provide technical support to end-users and internal teams during system rollouts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in software development for machine control, PLC programming, or industrial automation (fresh graduates with strong academic projects are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in PLC programming languages (e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text) and PC-based control software (e.g., LabVIEW, C++, Python).
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, OPC UA).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in real-time system debugging.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work on-site in Badung, Bali and adapt to project deadlines.
