Responsibility
- Design, develop, and test electrical systems, components, and equipment to meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and technicians, to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential risks and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations to drive innovation.
- Ensure all electrical installations and modifications adhere to safety protocols and local codes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and control panels, with proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including NEC, IEC, or local electrical codes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certification (e.g., PE license) is a plus.
