Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate a team of electrical technicians to ensure efficient maintenance and repair operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, equipment, and infrastructure to identify potential issues.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts to diagnose and resolve electrical faults promptly and effectively.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance standards to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute electrical installations and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of electrical components.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to junior technicians to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including safety and compliance protocols.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide technicians.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for electrical system analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
