Responsibility
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and government agencies, to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or ETAP).
- Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Ensure all engineering work adheres to safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and sustainable practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in engineering to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in engineering, with a proven track record in project management and execution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, or ETAP.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site across Bali as required.
