Join Cezars Kitchen as our Site Safety and Compliance Manager in the heart of Bali! We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to oversee and enhance our safety and compliance standards across our operations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety policies and procedures in alignment with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety measures into daily operations and project planning.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and compliance documentation for audits and reporting.
- Stay updated on changes in safety regulations and industry standards, ensuring timely adjustments to company policies.
- Foster a safety-first culture through awareness campaigns, toolbox talks, and leadership engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in safety management, preferably in hospitality, food production, or manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations (e.g., K3) and international standards (ISO 45001, HACCP).
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and lead compliance audits.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to train, motivate, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, safety management software, and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel across Bali sites as needed.
