Responsibility
- Design, evaluate, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and enhance productivity.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions for process improvement.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to streamline workflows and ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee the integration of automation and advanced technologies (e.g., IoT, AI) into production systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workforce utilization and ergonomic conditions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders on process performance and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in CAD software, simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Arena), and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, Python).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with ISO, GMP, and other regulatory standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
