As a Project Engineer, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and safety regulations. Responsibility
- Lead and manage M&E engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to align project deliverables with client expectations.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions.
- Oversee the procurement, installation, and testing of M&E equipment, ensuring compliance with local and international codes.
- Mentor and supervise engineering teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare progress reports, cost analyses, and feasibility studies for senior management and clients.
- Ensure all projects meet environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and sustainability best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E project engineering, with a proven track record in leading teams and delivering complex projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other engineering software tools.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations in Indonesia/Singapore.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications such as PMP, PE (Professional Engineer), or equivalent are highly advantageous.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving project scopes.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
