Responsibility
- Conduct thorough testing, inspection, and commissioning of electrical systems in manufacturing and project sites to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures for electrical installations, including documentation, reporting, and corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and project teams to identify and resolve electrical system defects or non-conformities.
- Perform root cause analysis for electrical failures and propose effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure all electrical work adheres to safety protocols, local regulations, and international standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, ISO).
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, test logs, and compliance documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of electrical components and systems, recommending improvements for efficiency and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff and contractors on QA/QC best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer) are a plus.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in electrical QA/QC, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or project-based environments.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical testing methods, inspection tools, and commissioning procedures.
- Familiarity with international standards (IEC, NEC, ISO 9001) and local electrical codes in Indonesia.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC software (e.g., ETAP, LabVIEW).
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
