Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring adherence to local regulations and international standards.
- Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and contractors to develop detailed project plans, including site layouts, grading, drainage, and utility systems.
- Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and soil testing to assess project viability and mitigate risks.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Oversee construction activities, including quality control, safety compliance, and progress monitoring to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with local government agencies, utility providers, and stakeholders to secure necessary permits and approvals.
- Implement sustainable engineering practices, such as rainwater harvesting, energy-efficient designs, and eco-friendly materials, to minimize environmental impact.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff to foster professional development and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on property development, residential, or commercial projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ETABS, or similar engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations, particularly in Bali.
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
