Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and labor teams to maintain seamless workflow and communication.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Prepare and present progress reports, cost estimates, and technical documentation to stakeholders.
- Resolve on-site challenges and conflicts efficiently to minimize delays and disruptions.
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards across all project phases.
- Collaborate with local authorities and clients to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or site management role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure or construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local regulations, permits, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
