Responsibility
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and commercial structures.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and government agencies to ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and cost estimates using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to assess project viability and risk factors.
- Oversee construction timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Serve as the primary liaison for Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, and partners to facilitate seamless collaboration.
- Implement sustainable engineering practices to minimize environmental impact in Bali’s ecologically sensitive areas.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure or urban development.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or BIM software.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction codes, permits, and environmental regulations.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
