Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end civil engineering process for luxury property developments, from feasibility studies to project completion.
- Design and review structural plans, ensuring compliance with local regulations, sustainability standards, and client specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-time, and within-budget projects.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Oversee the preparation of technical drawings, cost estimates, and project timelines using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D).
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to maintain project efficiency and adherence to design specifications.
- Implement sustainable and eco-friendly engineering solutions to minimize environmental impact in Baliās sensitive ecosystems.
- Prepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, and post-construction evaluations to senior management and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Masterās degree or professional certification (e.g., P.E., PMP) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role on large-scale property development projects.
- Proven expertise in structural design, site development, and construction management for residential or commercial properties.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and MS Project; familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations, particularly in Bali.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Experience working in international or multicultural teams and with high-profile clients.
