Responsibility
- Lead the development of detailed civil engineering drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar).
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate and compliant designs for transportation and infrastructure projects.
- Review and interpret technical specifications, survey data, and topographical maps to inform design decisions.
- Prepare and revise construction drawings, site plans, and utility layouts in accordance with industry standards (AASHTO, ASTM, etc.).
- Coordinate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and refine designs for optimal functionality and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure all drawings and documentation adhere to local regulations, safety codes, and client requirements.
- Mentor junior drafters and provide technical guidance to improve team productivity and quality.
- Maintain organized project files, revisions, and as-built documentation for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil drafting, with a focus on transportation or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, or Revit; familiarity with BIM is a plus.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, grading, drainage, and roadway design.
- Experience working with government agencies, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction standards and regulations is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with global teams.
