Responsibility
- Develop detailed Civil 3D models for roadways, drainage systems, and site grading plans.
- Prepare and review construction drawings, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to integrate civil designs into comprehensive project plans.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for civil works using Civil 3D tools.
- Conduct site visits and field surveys to gather data and validate design assumptions.
- Optimize designs for sustainability, efficiency, and constructability.
- Mentor junior designers and provide technical guidance on Civil 3D best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and software advancements to enhance design processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil design, with at least 3 years specializing in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality civil engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Revit (knowledge of BIM is advantageous).
- Strong understanding of hydraulics, geotechnics, and transportation engineering principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for civil infrastructure is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
