Responsibility
- Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for industrial and data centre projects using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model consistency and clash detection.
- Generate and review BIM execution plans (BEP) and project workflows.
- Conduct model audits and quality checks to comply with industry standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
- Facilitate collaborative BIM workshops and training sessions for project stakeholders.
- Prepare and present BIM deliverables, including 3D visualizations and construction documentation.
- Support project teams in resolving technical challenges and optimizing BIM workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeller/Coordinator in industrial or data centre projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, clash detection, and model coordination.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with data centre infrastructure is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
