Responsibility
- Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, renovations, and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage budgets and track expenses related to facility upkeep.
- Supervise and train facility staff to maintain high service standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Liaise with property management teams to align facility operations with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management, preferably in property or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
