Responsibility
- Assemble electrical components, wiring harnesses, and control panels according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of assembled electrical systems to ensure functionality and safety.
- Assist senior technicians in the installation and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Document assembly processes, test results, and any issues encountered for quality assurance purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and stay updated with industry advancements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits, components, and assembly techniques.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software (a plus).
