Responsibility
- Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain a maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals and troubleshoot operational challenges.
- Conduct inspections and safety checks to comply with industry standards and company policies.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for maintenance tasks.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. Diploma with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical wiring, PLCs, and HVAC systems.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory compliance in industrial environments.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication skills in English and Indonesian, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
