Responsibility
- Lead and supervise chemical batch production processes in compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and maintain production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks and document results to ensure product integrity.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in production and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on safety protocols, SOPs, and best practices.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to improve production efficiency and scalability.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, deviations, and process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) guidelines in all operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical production.
- Proven experience with batch production, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and train teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using laboratory and production equipment (e.g., reactors, HPLC, spectrophotometers).
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
