Your expertise in sales, client relationship management, and team leadership will be instrumental in shaping our growth and reputation in Bali’s competitive market.

Responsibility
- Lead and execute high-value corporate catering sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Mentor and manage a team of catering sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Collaborate with the CRO to develop and implement long-term revenue growth plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and luxury hospitality partners.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and client retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales, operations, and culinary teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in catering sales, corporate hospitality, or event management.
- Proven track record of closing high-value sales deals and managing key client accounts.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and mentorship.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of Bali’s hospitality and events market is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
