Responsibility
- Rotate through key departments (e.g., Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Revenue Management) to gain comprehensive operational exposure across luxury properties in Bali.
- Assist in developing and implementing guest service strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring alignment with Ormond Groupâs standards of excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize property performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
- Support the planning and execution of high-profile events, conferences, and VIP guest experiences in collaboration with senior management.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and guest feedback to propose data-driven improvements for revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Participate in leadership training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programmes to develop essential management skills.
- Uphold the highest standards of service delivery, sustainability, and cultural sensitivity in all guest interactions.
- Contribute to special projects, such as digital transformation initiatives or sustainability programmes, under the guidance of department heads.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field (recent graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply).
- Prior internship or work experience in hospitality (e.g., hotels, resorts, restaurants, or event management) is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, extracurricular, or professional achievements.
- Highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
- Passion for customer service and a genuine interest in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with hospitality software (e.g., PMS, POS) is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate within Bali and commit to a 12-18 month rotational programme.
