Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Uphold company standards for service excellence and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
