Responsibility
- Prepare and assemble pizza ingredients, including dough, sauces, cheeses, and toppings, according to standard recipes.
- Operate kitchen equipment (ovens, mixers, slicers) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking ingredients and notifying supervisors of low supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment during peak hours.
- Follow portion control and waste reduction guidelines to optimize costs.
- Adhere to all hygiene and food handling standards to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.
- Support opening/closing kitchen duties, including equipment cleanup and prep for the next shift.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or fast-food environment is a plus (training provided for motivated candidates).
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg (e.g., ingredient bags, trays).
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (certification is a bonus).
- Team player with excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English or Indonesian is preferred but not required.
