Responsibility
- Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement innovative menus, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control to optimize profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of F&B staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to enhance brand visibility and revenue.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a high-volume setting.

- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and F&B trends.
