Responsibility

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with a professional demeanor.

  • Monitor guest needs and respond to requests in a timely, courteous manner.
  • Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions with integrity.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Resolve guest complaints or issues with diplomacy and a solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, or in a similar hospitality role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail pairings (training provided).
