Responsibility
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to DRIM’s high standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including beverages, supplies, and equipment, while optimizing costs.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery, maintaining food quality and presentation.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to drive customer engagement.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and performance metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining or Korean cuisine.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional Korean or Indonesian language skills are a plus).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming, upscale atmosphere.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
- Familiarity with local Bali dining trends and a network within the hospitality community is advantageous.
